Sheila Strickland was born and raised in Florida but fell in love with North Carolina 13 years ago. She adores the beauty North Carolina has to offer from its beautiful Beaches and Mountains, to the sun soaking lakes that her family loves to spend the summer on. Sheila knew this would be the place to call her forever home. 

Her Real Estate journey began when her and her husband began searching for their first home in 2016. After 2 years of searching, they purchased their first home in September of 2018. A Stanly County native, Carly Watson graduated from South Stanly High School and then attended and graduated from The University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She lived for a short time in Cabarrus County after marrying her husband, Jake. They could think of nowhere they would rather raise their growing family than back in Stanly County and so they relocated back to the area in 2013.  The couple now lives in Norwood with their three little girls and their dog, June. The family  loves the beach, movie nights, holidays, serving their community and spending time together.


Carly draws on her experience as a public school teacher, group fitness instructor, running her own small business and participating in her community church to maintain a climate and form relationships that foster innovation, genuine care, selflessness and lifelong learning. Carly strives to clearly define what customers should expect from the industry and then to exceed those expectations. Nikki was born in Montgomery County and moved to a small town of West Jefferson, NC due to her father’s career with the North Carolina State Highway Patrol. Her and her family then moved to Stanly County and has resided here the last 15 years; in fact, she has recently moved to Cabarrus County after recently getting married, but couldn't resist the Stanly County allure! Together, Nikki and her husband have 3 beautiful children who are the light of their lives.

Previously, Nikki has worked in a real estate firm and the Stanly County Register of Deeds. With that, she brings an unparalleled organization standard to the team along with her sunny disposition and deep knowledge of the area.
